Who is Erick Rosa?

Erick Rosa has spent over 15 years inside enterprise delivery rooms — not on the sidelines. From leading cloud migrations at Verisk to driving R&D data transformation at Sanofi, he's managed multi-million dollar programs, built DevOps pipelines, and coached hundreds of PMs and Scrum Masters into high performers.

At Verisk, Erick owned a multi-year cloud and infrastructure modernization roadmap across AWS, Snowflake, and CI/CD platforms — enabling launch of 3 new analytics products, generating ~$3M in incremental revenue, and reducing production outages by 40% through improved release discipline. He led 5 concurrent delivery teams comprising ~50 engineers and platform staff.

At Sanofi, he led delivery execution for a global R&D Portfolio Decision Analytics and Master Data Management transformation — coordinating cross-functional teams across the US and Europe on programs spanning Snowflake, AWS, Informatica IDMC, Control-M, Tableau, and Power BI.

Through a partnership with the BTII Institute in West Orange, NJ, EGR Consulting delivers high-impact agile and project management workshops for government agencies and corporations, mentoring mid-career PMs and Scrum Masters transitioning into technical delivery and program management roles.

Today, as CEO of EGR Consulting, Erick leads a team of certified consultants who bring that same enterprise-grade discipline to organizations and professionals serious about delivery excellence.
